Technical draft for the local AE TECH SOLUTIONS website. It must be completed and validated before real leads are collected or the site is published.
This page describes the current static, local version of the site. It is not a substitute for professional privacy review and must be updated when hosting, contact tools, CRM, retention periods and all company details are finalized.

The site refers to AE TECH SOLUTIONS. The details currently available are:

2. Data we process
Simple browsing of the local version does not require an account. If you complete the assessment request form, the browser may contain the information entered, including name, company, business email, role, organization size, area of interest, perimeter, expected timing and message.
The form is currently browser-only: there is no connected backend, database or CRM and the site does not automatically transmit the data. The “Open an email draft” link opens the user’s email client only after an explicit click.
3. Purposes and legal basis
In a future operational version, data may be used to respond to a request, understand the context and evaluate a possible assessment or managed service. The final legal basis, any mandatory information and the applicable retention periods must be confirmed by the controller against the actual flow that is activated.
In this local preview the consent checkbox only verifies the interface flow; it does not activate an automatic transfer.
4. Recipients, transfers and retention
The local version has no configured automatic recipients, email providers, analytics, CRM or profiling services. No international transfer is connected to these tools in the current preview.
Lead retention is not yet defined because no real collection channel is active. Before publication, purposes, roles, providers, security measures and retention will be documented.
5. Individual rights
Within the limits of applicable law, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Final operational details and contact information will be completed in the public version.
6. Security and updates
Assessment activities described on the site are presented as authorized and governed by scope and Rules of Engagement. Evidence, access roles and retention must be agreed for each engagement. This notice may be updated when the site or connected services change.
